Our oldest working member is 99 years old. He named the library the Duncan MacKinnon Library. He is an esteemed ex-serviceman. The library is a treasure trove. It is for book lovers, history buffs, and avid learners. We have over 2,000 books on display. They cover many genres, such as reference and fiction. Visitors will find something they like. Also, our library has many newspapers. It has journals and navy magazines. They are from several decades. These displays show old publications. They give a glimpse into the past and insights into many topics. Our library has impressive collections. They are of donated photos and postcards. Most of them showcase the beauty and history of Australia. These images offer a unique view of the country’s rich culture. They are a great resource for researchers and history fans. We do not currently lend our items. Yet, visitors can enjoy them in the library. The library is open during our regular hours. We are expanding our display collection.
